Returns & Refunds: Our Hassle-Free Process

we aim to ensure you love every purchase you make. However, if something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ve designed a straightforward returns and refund process to make things right.

Non-Returnable Items

Please review product details carefully before purchasing. We do not accept returns for reasons related to personal preferences, size issues, or changes of mind. Make sure to check sizing charts and product descriptions before placing an order.

Replacement Policy

We strive for perfection, but if you receive an incorrect or damaged item, we’ll be happy to replace it. Here's how it works:

  • 1-Day Eligibility: Items that are incorrect or damaged (with verification via unboxing video) are eligible for a replacement within 1 day of receiving the order.
  • Condition of Item: To be eligible for a replacement, items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when you received them, including all original packaging.
  • Non-Eligible Items: Items that have been washed, damaged by the customer, or are missing the original packaging are not eligible for replacement.

Return Fees

  • Size-Related Returns: A flat return fee of ₹100 applies to size-related returns.
  • Failed Prepaid Deliveries: In case of failed delivery attempts for prepaid orders, the refund will be issued as store credit, minus shipping costs.

Refunds Process

  • Store Credit: Most returns are credited as store credit (via discount code or gift card) for future purchases.
  • Exceptional Refunds: Refunds are only issued in exceptional cases such as delayed deliveries or multiple incorrect orders. Refunds will be processed via UPI or Net Banking.
  • Time Window: Requests for returns or refunds outside of the 1-day window will not be processed.

How to Start a Return

  • Return Request: To start a return, please provide your order number, a clear photo of the item, and an unboxing video (for damaged/incorrect items).
  • Approval: If your return is approved, we will arrange for a return and issue store credit after inspection.

Courier Pickup & Self-Returns

  • Courier Pickup: If available in your area, we will arrange for a courier to pick up the returned item.
  • Self-Return: If courier pickup is not available, please return the product to us at your own cost for inspection.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your items upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with an unboxing video to resolve the issue quickly.

Exchanges

Exchanges are not directly processed. To exchange a product, please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.

Non-Returnable & Premium Range Items

Some items, especially those from our premium range, are non-returnable. However, these items are eligible for free replacements within 6 months of purchase.
